Graduate Research

The School of Molecular Sciences provides an innovative approach to graduate education that trains students across traditional chemistry disciplines (Analytical, Biological, Organic, Inorganic, Environmental, Physical or Computational) to be successful independent scientists meeting grand challenges in an increasingly post-disciplinary scientific world.

Graduate students are engaged in research that ranges from expanding fundamental chemistry and biochemistry, to solving real-life, mission-based problems that transcend traditional disciplinary boundaries in preparation for careers as successful, innovative, and critical thinking independent scientists who are ready to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow.
