The School of Molecular Sciences encourages applications from outstanding students to the PhD programs in chemistry and biochemistry. Earning a doctoral degree is the next step in your path towards an influential career in industry or academia. At ASU you will receive the training you need to be a successful independent researcher in modern molecular science.

Admission is competitive, but motivated students are encouraged submit an application to our chemistry or biochemistry PhD programs.

If you’re majoring in a different academic discipline but you want a solid grounding in the basics of molecular science to complement your studies, we encourage you to pursue a biochemistry or chemistry minor.
