Overview of Undergraduate Research

This is an exciting time for a career in Chemistry or Biochemistry as classroom experiences can provide a gateway to scientific research in many different areas. Undergraduate research is one way that students can enrich their learning experience at Arizona State University. Research experiences help students apply knowledge learned in the classroom to address new questions and problems in Chemistry and Biochemistry. There is no better way to prepare for careers in the sciences than to participate in undergraduate research. Undergraduate research provides a setting in which students:
